Review:
The
Dom With A Safeword is the first book by these three authors I've
read. I was really intrigued by the blurb and wanted to see how this
menage worked. Sabrina and Q are great together. Even though Sabrina
is sure she's straight. I loved their attitudes toward each other and
Jude. The characters are very well written and have a lot of depth,
dimension and emotion.
Jude
is like sex in jeans. He exudes confidence but isn't real cocky about
it, just matter of fact. He's taking the summer to fix up an old
house before he heads off to medical school. I don't think Jude is
really looking forward to school in the fall, he seems to really
enjoy doing construction.
Sabrina
and Q are fun loving and very mischievous. I giggled and laughed at
some of the things they came up with. Who snaps their Dom's ass with
a wet towel? That was so funny. Q is a little darker of a character,
needing more patience and tough love. Jude rose to the challenge of
taking on these two bi girls, he knows it's not going to be easy.
I
really enjoyed reading about Jude, Q and Sabrina and their summer
relationship and how their characters grew emotionally and overcame a
lot of obstacles that could keep them apart. This book contained a
lot of sexual tension and some very intense sex scenes that kept me
turning the pages. If you like books with some seriousness, plus some
wit and have terrific characters, then I highly recommend The Dom
with a Safeword.
