At thirty-three, Warner Truman is one of the richest men on the planet, a spa mogul who buys and sells resorts at will. He holds powerful executives' careers in his well-groomed hands. Nothing is beyond Warner's reach...until he meets her.

Stunning, tantalizing and perverse, Taddy Brill captivates Warner's carnal desire like no woman he's ever met. A self-made millionaire, Taddy is tougher than steel, more brilliant than diamonds and, at twenty-seven, she's never depended on a man for anything...until she meets him.

The more Taddy plays with Warner's affections, driving him to erotic heights, the more she is confronted by a dark past. Before she can love him, Taddy must meet her worst fears head-on or risk losing it all, including herself.

My Review:
Unscrupulous is a real attention grabber! I was hooked by page 1. I loved the scene where Taddy, and her friends are in her office looking through windows of other high rise buildings close by with binoculars. I laughed so hard. I can actually imagining people doing that.

Warner is a little uptight after finding out his fiance was a gold digger and not who she said she was. Problem is, he can't get rid of her, she's still trying to latch onto her sugar daddy.

Taddy is a workaholic and a self-made millionaire. But Taddy's childhood was a very unhappy one and she still hasn't gotten over some of the things that happened to her. She has great friends that help her through the rough times.

The sexual tension between Warner and Taddy is terrific and builds throughout the story. I liked Warner and Taddy very much. Their characters were extremely well written and also seemed very real. The secondary characters were wonderful and added depth and dimension to the book. I loved the world Ms. Aster created for her characters.

This story has a lot of emotions and some surprises thrown in that make it a pleasure to read. There was just enough humor written in to make me laugh. I really enjoyed reading Unscrupulous.
